This GMP audit template helps teams evaluate staff amenities, walkways and handwash stations to uphold food safety and hygiene. Inspect footbaths, lighting, floors, walls and ceilings for cleanliness and condition; confirm PPE availability and correct entry procedures; check dust control above lockers and fridges; ensure plumbing, fixtures and electrical fittings are clean and in good repair; verify there are no signs of pests; confirm uniforms and boots are stored correctly; and check handwashing supplies, tap temperatures and current, safe signage. Record issues by food risk severity and track non conformances against CCP expectations.
