Bittersweet Orange, Pomegranate and Carrot Salad

A vibrant bittersweet salad featuring caramelized orange slices, crunchy carrot ribbons, fresh pomegranate, grated ginger, and a pomegranate molasses dressing. Combine blanched kale, carrot ribbons, orange zest, garlic, ginger, caraway seeds, pomegranate, and the cooled orange slices, then finish with the reduced syrup mixed with molasses. Store in a clean, labeled container in the correct fridge and use within three days. Allergen advice: sulphites. Ideal as a fresh side or light main.
