Fundamental Apartment Group Site Visit Checklist

This site visit checklist is designed for hospitality venues to evaluate standards across the guest journey and back of house. It covers arrival experience, cleanliness inside and out, lighting, temperature and sound, greeting and service behaviors, staffing and management presence, bar and kitchen equipment and hygiene, speed and quality of food and drinks, allergen guides, cellar management and stock security, toilets and staff areas, accommodation spot checks, marketing materials and data capture, telephone responses, and detailed fire safety routines including alarms, exits and weekly checks. It also prompts team training reviews, policy knowledge such as Challenge 25 and drugs policy, upselling and check-backs, record keeping and daily AM/PM checklists, with sections for urgent issues, positives, and sign-off by the duty manager.
