This FOH opening checklist helps quick service and restaurant teams prepare for the day. Tasks include sanitizing and assembling the ice cream machine, prepping lemonades and tea urns, brewing coffee, stocking all fridges including drink and dessert, cutting lemons, laying rugs, and cleaning the drive thru ice bin including the top inside corners with a photo step. Staff fill the kids bag bin, make strawberry shooters, fill the cherry bin, and set metal trash bins. Date labels are applied to shake base boxes, coffee syrups, chocolate syrup, and cookie crumbles. Final checks confirm headsets, menu boards, signage, cash, monitors, and doors, with shift lead sign off. Complete by seven thirty each morning.
