Deze FM GMP checklist helpt teams om voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen te borgen in opslagruimtes, paneerzolder en inpakafdelingen. De checklist behandelt technische staat (kieren, verlichting, glas/plastic), veiligheid (vluchtwegen, noodstoppen, PBM), persoonlijke en algemene hygiëne (handen wassen, kleding, schoonmaakmiddelen en -registraties), GMP-regels (FIFO, afdekking, intacte verpakkingen, allergenen scheiden, geen nietjes), orde en netheid, en ongediertebeheersing (EIV’s, lokdozen, sporen).
