Use this AM hotel visit checklist to audit daily hotel operations. Review exterior areas and signage, parking and drainage, building condition, trash and utility rooms, laundry and chemical storage, gas station, front desk and lobby, minibar and coffee service, guest corridors and pantries, lift control room and rooftop, and restaurant zones where applicable. Assess housekeeping and guest rooms by floor, kitchen equipment and cleanliness, office and main store, and staff facilities. Verify documentation such as employment contracts storage, hotel and manager licenses, tax registration, hazardous business license, and immigration reports. Check tariff rate and liability display, no show and outstanding balance controls, key and master key security, room reconciliation, preventive maintenance, room re do, pest control, and stock and purchasing records, then record comments.
