This Doing It Right coaching review checklist helps restaurant and quick service teams assess site performance and compliance. It covers external and internal customer areas, merchandising, speed of service, rush readiness, and headset usage. It guides shift leadership behaviors, coaching, corrective actions, urgency, and training compliance. The 12 critical observations include time and temperature control, sanitizer use, handwashing, cross-contamination prevention, hot water checks, cookout logging, shake and ice cream machine standards, pest control, approved products, other site criticals, and health violations. Food quality checks review fries, multi-product handling, PHU monitoring, sandwich builds, expiry management, bun toasting, produce standards, and storage.
