This Charnwood Food Safety New Business Checklist helps new food businesses prepare for compliance with UK food law and FHRS. It covers premises design and facilities (handwashing, sinks, drainage, ventilation), separation of raw and ready-to-eat foods, temperature control and storage, waste and pest management, allergen awareness, staff training, and food safety management systems such as SFBB.
