This morning checklist helps cafe and catering teams complete essential opening tasks. Confirm refrigeration and display units are operating, verify ovens and fryers are functioning, and ensure work areas are clean with handwashing and cleaning materials available. Check staff are fit for work and in clean uniforms, review recent deliveries and record supplier, time, and product temperatures. Log fridge and freezer temperatures for each unit and capture signatures for accountability. Note any signs of pests and address issues before service.
