This PM Buildings checklist supports spa and sauna closing procedures at the end of shift. Tasks include inspecting Banya, Barrel, Signature and Finnish saunas for loose or broken robe hooks, damaged benches, flooring or trim, and verifying lights and switches. Check the Exfoliation Cabin showers and benches, shut off outdoor fireplaces at 9 PM, change lockers on the low battery list, secure outbuildings, mechanical rooms and all entrances, and close the tram building if required. Record deficiencies and notify the Facilities Supervisor or Manager to generate a work order.
