Use this veterinary practice evaluation checklist to assess the condition and readiness of your clinic. Rate overall condition, capture contact details, and note lease expiry. Review exterior appearance and brand signage, wheelchair access, parking markings and fire routes, and door and frame condition. Evaluate interiors including walls, floors, cladding, reception desk, ceilings, and lighting. Inspect AC and HVAC systems, including age, and document issues with photos. Check security and internal signage, and record other improvements across each room to plan upgrades.
