Conduct compliant annual fire safety inspections for care occupancies, care and treatment occupancies, and retirement homes in Ontario. This checklist aligns with Ontario Regulation 364/13 and Fire Marshal’s Directive 2014-002, covering exterior access, fire safety plans, staffing and drills, records management, alarms and voice communication, sprinklers and standpipes, emergency lighting, special suppression, kitchens, corridors and exits, oxygen and compressed gas, hazard controls, high buildings, and retrofit requirements.
