Checklist en español para hospitales que evalúa la generación de necesidades y el control sanitario en unidades críticas (UCIN, UCPI, UCIA y UCC). Incluye verificación de capacidad y estado del aire acondicionado, rejillas y difusores; revisión de limpieza y condiciones de equipos médicos (incubadoras, cunas, camas y tarjas); control de tomas de oxígeno y aire, agua potable y drenaje; y realización de pruebas de ATP por bioluminiscencia para detectar riesgos. Contempla selección de EPP requerido, registro de pendientes y acceso, observaciones finales y firmas de técnico y cliente. Alineado con el sistema de gestión de calidad FS-02-01.
