Use this UE/Zinfra Prelim checklist to support preliminary assessments for new or altered electrical services. Capture REC and LEI details, site occupancy and supply status, metering requirements (single phase, multiphase, CT), meter quantities and locations, embedded network and basement metering considerations, and AMI conduit/comms requirements. Record service cable origin, size, phase, reticulation, pole and conductor lengths, installation status, and any equipment needed. Specify service fuse locations, types and sizes, and outline test-and-connect readiness including labelling, locks, and maximum demand. Identify crew requirements (service and metering, substation, underground, construction), access, EPV and traffic control, and whether re-prelim is required. Add servicing notes, defects, and photos to complete the pre-energisation review.
