This template supports inspections of potable water storage tanks, enabling brief or full assessments of internal and external components. It guides scoring of asset condition, cleanliness and sediment, pipework, inlet and outlet cages, overflow and vermin proofing, access structures, walls, floors, columns, beams and coatings. The checklist covers roof and drainage, vents, hatches and gutters, and includes a water quality hazard section to identify contamination risks, vermin activity and security issues.
