Use this post-installation audit to verify FIR replacement work on electrical switchboards. Record meter or NMI and HIRAC numbers, confirm customer contact before and after work, capture photos of the meter panel and FIR terminals, and ensure the switchboard is left in a non hazardous state. Check sealing of Essential Energy equipment, labels and file numbers, asbestos controls and decontamination, and correct FIR wiring and mounting with three bolts, noting justified exceptions.
