This monthly planned preventive maintenance checklist guides engineers through biomass boiler servicing, including heat exchanger and furnace checks, ash bins and extraction augers, soot blowing and compressor, flue fan belts and sensors, primary and secondary heating pumps, fuel silo and transport augers, proximity sensors, fire dampers, dosing valves and controls.
