AUS Group Session Audit Checklist
This AUS Group Session Audit checklist helps fitness studios evaluate the delivery of group workouts from setup to closeout. It covers session preparedness, screen sharing and HRM setup, trainer introductions, slide sequencing, and a timed warm-up. During the session it guides on music levels, member interaction, cueing, form corrections, timing accuracy, and heart rate zone coaching. Optional boxing sections are included. Post-session steps address cool down, announcements, EPOC education, HRM stop, and community engagement. The tool provides compliance scoring with a 90 percent pass mark to benchmark studio performance over time.
