Cleveland Monthly Safety Inspection Checklist
by Zachary Bixler, from the Community
This monthly safety inspection checklist is designed for education centers and campus facilities to review multiple areas including administration, wellness, hard trades, food service, warehouse, recreation, and dorms. It guides teams to verify door latching and egress routes, panic bars, emergency and exit lighting, fire maps and signage, sprinkler clearances, and walkway hazards. Inspect electrical panels and GFCIs, CO2 detectors, labeling, MSDS access, chemical and flammable storage, and the security of janitorial and mechanical rooms. Use findings to create maintenance work orders and strengthen safety compliance.
