Checklist ladders voor visuele ladderinspectie

Deze Nederlandstalige checklist ondersteunt een snelle visuele inspectie van ladders in een school- of werkomgeving. Onderwerpen omvatten gebruik binnen fabrikantsgrenzen, beheer en administratie (nummering en inventaris), onderhoud (verwijderen van olie en vet, reinigen van antislipgroeven), correcte opslag en algemene staat. Specifieke controles gaan in op sporten, stijlen, antislipvoeten en materiaalgebreken zoals barsten, corrosie of vervormingen. Voor platform- en uitschuifladders worden platform, scharnieren, spreidbeveiliging en bewegende delen gecontroleerd. De checklist stimuleert regelmatige keuring (bv. om de 3 tot 6 maanden) en het melden van inbreuken met foto en beschrijving.
