This fall protection harness inspection form helps workers and competent persons assess full body harness condition before each use and during scheduled inspections. The checklist guides you through checking hardware such as D-rings, buckles, keepers, and back pads for damage or corrosion; examining webbing for cuts, burns, chemical deterioration, soiling, and discoloration; confirming stitching integrity; and ensuring labels are secure and legible. It includes fields for model, serial number, manufacture and in-service dates, issued-to details, supporting notes, photo evidence, overall disposition, and inspector sign-off.
