This weekly site audit checklist helps construction teams assess on-site safety and compliance. It covers secure access and signage, visitor logging, site inductions, verification of competence cards, RAMS issuance, and R&D survey awareness for ACMs. It prompts checks for accident book, first aid kit and appointed first aider, fire extinguishers, evacuation routes, HSWA and F10 display, and emergency contacts. Welfare items include toilets, hot and cold washing facilities, mess room, and drinking water. Site safety areas include mandatory PPE, dust extraction, eye protection for cartridge tools, housekeeping, and use of RPE FFP3 with valid face-fit certification. Access and working platforms address safe routes, edge protection with guard rails and toe boards, and MEWP training. Permits include hot work and daily MEWP checks. Manual handling covers RAMS, training, toolbox talks, and using equipment to minimize risk.
