This internal health and safety site audit checklist supports comprehensive construction site reviews. It guides auditors through RAMS, inductions, permits, training and toolbox talks, and site paperwork. It covers PUWER and LOLER checks, welfare and facilities (toilets, canteen, water, washing and changing), signage and CCS displays, temporary electrics, waste management, PPE compliance, and working at height controls.
