Noteer project- en locatiegegevens, agenda en onderwerp, bespreek (bijna)ongevallen en gevaarlijke situaties, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, algemene gedragsregels op de werklocatie en aanvullende voorschriften van de opdrachtgever. Leg specifieke risico’s en LMRA vast, houd een presentielijst bij en voeg conclusies en opmerkingen toe. Lever het formulier in bij de KAM-coördinator en archiveer in de projectmap.
