This apartment smart home commissioning checklist helps verify installation and operation of key systems across each room. Inspect front door devices including doorbell, frame camera, and electronic lock. Check entrance and room touch panels, lighting circuits and downlights, blinds, stereo speakers, towel rails, mirror demisters, and underfloor heating. Review the AV cupboard for lighting control panels, fibre distribution, data, speakers, and populated rack hardware. Confirm AV and data wall plates, 5 amp points, and window and blind operation in living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, and en-suite. Validate fan coil unit control, overall lighting control, AV, audio, and data performance, and iPad control presence and function. Complete the final sign-off after all systems are confirmed operational.
