Subcontractor Job Site Orientation Checklist

Pre commencement checklist to orient subcontractors on construction sites. Use this template to verify signed contracts, WorkCover and Public Liability insurance, safety manuals, and Safe Work Method Statements. Confirm workers hold white or red cards and any required plant operator tickets. Check that plant and equipment are maintained with daily inspections and that worker and equipment certifications are current. Record provided PPE, capture project and site details, and ensure emergency contact numbers are available and shared with the site superintendent before work begins.
