This weekly construction site report template helps supervisors and project teams capture key site information in one report. Document principal contractor status, construction phase plan, induction records, sign in, welfare conditions, site security, and required signage. Verify that RAMS are available and signed, and that COSHH assessments are current. Check general housekeeping, PPE usage, scaffold tagging and inspections, and whether a COSHH cage is required. Track materials and deliveries, record progress status with up to four photos and comments, confirm drawings and specifications are available, note issues with other trades, and assign actions with a closing signature.
