Use this weekly site compliance inspection checklist to support health and safety on PfP Major Works. Capture site details, principal contractor and site manager, and confirm permits for hot works, working at height, and confined spaces. Verify F10 and the Construction Phase Plan are current, and check that RAMS are being followed. Record sign in and out, assess welfare facilities including cleanliness, equipment, and running water. Review PPE and ID compliance, scaffold condition and tag dates, housekeeping and programme status. Note issues, agree corrective actions within five working days, and sign off.
