This stormwater field inspection report template, based on CDOT Form 1176, supports required 7-day inspections for active construction sites. It captures project details, weather, reasons for inspection, and SWMP management status. Inspectors assess current construction activities, review erosion and sediment control BMPs (e.g., silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, trackout control, check dams, seeding), document deficiencies, corrective actions, and preventative measures, and certify compliance. Sections also cover site discharge checks, general notes, and compliance certification by the SWMP administrator, superintendent, and CDOT designee.
