This Southern USI Pre-Work Assessment is a daily pre-start checklist to guide teams through toolbox talks, safety checks, and readiness before work begins. It covers SWMS and WPP verification, worker IDs and inductions, required permits, MSDS and hazardous substances register, and availability of a functioning phone and first aid kit.
