Downloads: 0

This site survey checklist helps teams plan solar PV projects safely and efficiently. It covers health and safety, access and egress, fire and emergency readiness, overhead hazards, and roof information including type, construction, height, slope, orientation, azimuth, and internal dimensions. Assess shading, rafter spacing, and capture photos. Plan electrical works with DC and AC cable routes and distances, main incomer, meter details (MPAN, serial, CT ratio), main distribution board, PVDB requirements, inverter locations, monitoring network, and AC connection point (phase and fuse rating). Account for scaffolding and plant: building height and age, scaffold location, ground conditions, access towers, door and walkway clearances, and suitable machinery (forklift or scissor lift) with platform height and site suitability.
