Construction Site Progress Report Template

This Site Progress Report template helps construction teams capture and communicate build progress from foundations to final finishes. Record site details, assign statuses for each stage Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and document milestones across key phases: survey set out, trenching, DPC and shuttering, steel fixing, services, raft concrete, brickwork, beams, roof trusses, windows and doors, first fixes for electrical and plumbing, plastering, roof coverings and waterproofing, ceilings, floor screeds, and glazing. Track finishing tasks including painting, tiling, plumbing sanware, electrical fit off, cabinetry and countertops, lighting, and external works such as paving, gutters, garage doors, pergolas and landscaping. Conclude with internal paint, flooring, accessories, and cleaning and snagging, then compile a clear client report.
