Use this site pre-planner to assess a property before construction begins. Document site identification and photos, check boundary markers, fencing, kerbs and footpaths, and identify trees or debris. Verify availability and condition of utilities and services including power (overhead or underground), communications pits, water meter, gas, stormwater, and sewer, and confirm falls and connection points. Plan access, deliveries, parking, storage, toilets, skip bins, traffic control, and temporary builders power. Record requirements for retaining walls, barrier mesh, scaffolding protection, and site security. Includes a dedicated section for pool timing, fencing removals, conductive materials within 1200 mm, and earthing needs.
