Use this pre-site checklist to assess and document construction site readiness before work begins. Review design details and utilities on plan, confirm electricity and water locations, assess site fall and driveway obstructions, and verify survey pegs. Check access, temporary fencing, grass slashing and rubbish removal needs, retaining walls and immediate backfill. Record conditions and council asset damage, crossovers, and adjoining property fencing and status. Capture services (power, water, sewer, stormwater, telecom, gas) and other concerns. Include site plan photos and complete a fire ant inspection.

Use this site pre-planner to assess a property before construction begins. Document site identification and photos, check boundary markers, fencing, kerbs and footpaths, and identify trees or debris. Verify availability and condition of utilities and services including power (overhead or underground), communications pits, water meter, gas, stormwater, and sewer, and confirm falls and connection points. Plan access, deliveries, parking, storage, toilets, skip bins, traffic control, and temporary builders power. Record requirements for retaining walls, barrier mesh, scaffolding protection, and site security. Includes a dedicated section for pool timing, fencing removals, conductive materials within 1200 mm, and earthing needs.

Capture OH&S considerations including tight access, steep terrain, crane hire, parking permits, overhead power lines, delivery hazards, and required no‑go zones. Confirm sewer impacts, need for marine grade elements, water on site, and power pit installation. Determine if scaffold shadecloth and a Tree Protection Zone are required. Validate survey and services details such as TBM location, sewer capping, and boundary pegs before sign‑off.
