Pre Site Inspection Checklist

Use this pre site inspection checklist to verify site readiness before construction begins. Assess vegetation and soil conditions, remove rubbish and debris, and note any tree works. Record the condition of boundary and other fencing, and check for damage to roads, kerbs, and footpaths. Identify needs for retaining walls or drop edge beams, import or export of fill, and the presence of rock. Capture OH&S considerations including tight access, steep terrain, crane hire, parking permits, overhead power lines, delivery hazards, and required no‑go zones. Confirm sewer impacts, need for marine grade elements, water on site, and power pit installation. Determine if scaffold shadecloth and a Tree Protection Zone are required. Validate survey and services details such as TBM location, sewer capping, and boundary pegs before sign‑off.
