Use this daily construction site inspection checklist to help site managers verify key safety and compliance items before work begins. Capture RAMS and CPP documentation, COSHH registers, sign-in logs, permits to work, and asbestos surveys. Check PAT testing, inductions, first aid kits and contacts, fire plans, extinguishers and servicing dates, insurance and F10 or LOA display, and welfare facilities. Inspect service yards, fencing and hoarding, skips, and material storage. Confirm CSCS cards, SMSTS supervision, and training records, and record near misses or incidents.
