Use this daily site health and safety inspection checklist to help site managers and supervisors verify critical controls on active construction projects. The form guides a walkaround review of site security, barriers and hoarding, signage and housekeeping, PPE availability and use, fire wardens, muster points, extinguishers and alarm tests, clear fire routes, and a current fire risk assessment.
