This scaffold risk assessment and method statement template helps plan and control scaffolding work on site. It covers competence requirements, delivery and traffic controls, manual handling, slips and trips, falling materials, working at height, scaffold collapse risks, environmental conditions, electrical hazards, and COSHH. The method statement outlines erection, ties, lifts, access, guarding, and dismantling sequences aligned to BS EN 12811, NASC TG20:21 and SG4:22. It includes PPE standards, equipment specifications, storage and handling, inspections, handover and seven day checks, emergency procedures, monitoring and compliance, and sign off fields.
