Scaffold Design Brief for Clients

This scaffold design brief template helps clients and temporary works teams specify safe, compliant scaffolding. Capture scope of use, trade access, erection and dismantling sequences, platform loadings, boarded lifts, loading bays, point loads, and internal edge protection. Document foundations, base bearing pressures, leg-load spreading, and stability methods including ties, anchors, buttresses, and kentledge.
