Use this statutory scaffold inspection report template to measure compliance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005, NASC guidance including TG20 13 and SG4 15, relevant manufacturer instructions and any supplied design. Capture site specific design details, confirm working designs and compliance sheets, verify erection in line with designs and instructions, and note anchor testing per TG4 19. Assess construction and workmanship including standards, foundations and sole boards, ledgers, transoms, couplers, bracing, ties and stability, working platforms, guardrails, toe boards, brickguards, netting or sheeting, access and egress, loading bays and public protection. Classify issues by risk category, record observations and corrective actions, and complete sign off.
