This statutory scaffold inspection checklist helps assess compliance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and NASC guidance (TG20:13, SG4:15). It covers site-specific design documentation, TG20 compliance sheets, manufacturer instructions, and anchor testing (TG4:19). Construction and workmanship checks include standards, foundations and sole boards, ledgers, transoms, couplers, bracing, ties or stabilization, working platforms and board quality, guardrails, toe boards, brickguards, netting or sheeting, safe access and egress, loading bays, and public protection.
