Use this QA template to verify Rockwool Core A insulation at Rose Court. Check that Duoslab insulation is installed in the correct area, fixings are applied to the substrate per manufacturer guidance, boards are snugly abutted with no gaps, nylon or stainless steel washers follow the required layout, and insulation abuts vertical and horizontal firebreaks with no gaps. Capture project number, QA sheet, elevation, level, and comments. Include sign-off fields for the A2O Project Manager and the Client Site Manager.
