Use this Roller Pre Start Check and Test checklist to inspect a construction roller before operation. It covers critical safety checks including brakes, steering, tyres, mirrors, alarms, seatbelts, emergency exits and shutdown. Verify fluid levels and leaks for engine, transmission, hydraulics and coolant, plus auto grease system. Review conditional items such as exhaust, battery security, wiring protection, first aid kit, signage and belt adjustment. Complete operational checks for lights, beacons, air conditioning and vibration mode, and record meter hours.
