Rental Crane Pre-Delivery Inspection Sheet

Use this pre-delivery rental crane inspection sheet to document a comprehensive safety and mechanical check before sending equipment to site. Verify park brake, oil and air pressure, steering, lights and signals, tires and wheels, fuel system, and safety decals. Inspect outriggers, jacks and pads, hydraulic systems, boom hoist and telescope, winches, limit switches, boom angle and LMI, wire rope, sheaves, pins, and boom sections. Confirm fire extinguisher, operator manuals, decals and inspection stickers are present. Capture required photos, including all four corners, cab interior, and the hour meter, to complete the record.
