Record of Training and Competency Assessment

Use this to record practical training and demonstrations of competency it is designed to help you ensure you team receives training and has demonstrated competency in important operational, quality and safety standards. When providing training provide details of training materials used, include photos of the person demonstrating competency and anything that would help to demonstrate the training and competency assessment event. Ensure it is allocated to an individual so it can be tracks by a persons name as this then helps you to track the information over time. Everyone learn at different paces and you may need to change your approach to get the message across - Explain principles, let them observe correct process and ask questions and then demonstrate learning. Provide positive feed back when possible to encourage and reassure and then explain any areas which need improvement.
