Quality Control Form for Weatherization Install

Use this quality control form to standardize weatherization and HVAC install inspections. Capture customer and job details, crew, dates, and man-hours. Verify lead safety, condensate management, unit leveling, split or packaged system details, subcool/superheat and pressures, leak testing, vacuum hold, line set routing and insulation, safety switches, and refrigerant added. Document mini-split handover, filter cleaning, and remote mounting. Check gas systems, flue installation, electrical sizing and fuses, airflow and static pressure, return sizing, and temperature split. Confirm filters installed and spares provided, heating and cooling run tests, duct sealing and code compliance, register alignment, bath fan installs, flex routing, sensors, roof penetrations, and site cleanliness. Record photos, issues, follow-ups, and confirm standards met.
