Pre-Delivery Inspection Checklist
by Total Controlled Demolition Services, from the Community
Use this pre-delivery inspection checklist to assess heavy equipment before handover. Review compulsory signs and reflectors, check for leaks across engine, hoses, final drives, fuel, fittings, coolant, and transmission; inspect panels and guards for damage; look for cracks in chassis, frames, body, dipper, boom, and quick hitch; evaluate running gear including tracks, chains, wheels, tyres, tension, and pressure; confirm general condition of drive belts, handles, and filters; verify engine oil, fuel, hydraulic oil, lubricants, and coolant levels; and ensure the machine is cleaned and ready for delivery. Capture signatures and dates to document completion.
