This template supports a comprehensive PPE gear check for field teams. It guides users to record personnel completing the check and installation context, then inspect fall protection gear including harness brand, serial numbers, ID tags, manufacture and expiry dates, and note any rips, fraying, stitching issues, corrosion and other damage with photos and comments.
