This MEWP daily plant check sheet helps operators complete a thorough pre-use inspection. Verify tyre condition and pressure, wheel nuts and set pins, and review oil and fuel levels. Check battery condition, hydraulics and electrics, confirm manuals are present, and ensure guards and warning stickers are in place. Inspect hoses, wiring, valves, and fittings for leaks or damage. Test ground and emergency controls, lanyard points, guard rails, gates, latches, and the function of all controls/drives. Record confirmation and signature.
