This MEWP daily inspection checklist helps operators perform a pre shift visual and functional test on aerial lifts. Verify operating and emergency controls, safety devices, fall protection, hydraulics and fuel systems, cables and wiring, tires and wheels, placards and warnings, outriggers and stabilizers, extendible axles, guard rails, and any manufacturer specified items. Record operator ID, date, shift, hour meter reading, and equipment ID. Note abnormalities or repairs needed to keep equipment safe and compliant before use.
